Delivery and Refund

Delivery/Shipment Policy:

  • Shipping worldwide is 20 USD for the first 1 kg.
  • Shipping time: 5 – 7 minimum working days minimum as per COVID 19 procedures.
  • The handling time between order placement and shipping is 48 hours (2
    working days).

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • It is the merchant’s responsibility if the wrong item was sent.
  • It is the merchant’s responsibility if the item is defective or
    damaged in shipping.
  • The merchant is not responsible if the client is not at home when the
    courier delivers the parcel, or if he did not answer the phone or SMS
    or email.
